The service man concerned really excelled at his work & more importantly had what I call the "attitude factor" which went well beyond what I have normally experienced with tradesmen in New Zealand.
He was polite & went out of his way to explain what he was doing & what the various options were available, & he conducted himself in an exceptional, professional manner at all times.
Coming from a Company background where we employ service people, I can only describe my experience today as one which all service people should aspire to atttain. All too often in New Zealand we are far too quick & ready to criticize, however all too slow to praise.
