With limited access and soft terrain, this job required some creative thinking—starting with craning in the machinery over school buildings and sheltered structures.
When the only way in is the sky
In what might be one of our most memorable machine deliveries, our team coordinated the lift-in of a full-size CAT 309 excavator via crane, carefully navigating over rooflines, trees, and tight clearances to access the work zone.
Once boots were on the ground (or tracks, rather), we tackled:
Slope stabilisation and shaping to manage further slip risk
Excavation and vegetation clearing to access affected zones
Remedial earthworks to rebuild lost land and support structures
Safe operation in and around sensitive school grounds
